We are pleased that you have chosen our comfort campsite for your holiday. The seat reservation that has been made provides security, which is subject to a number of conditions on both sides:

1. Reservation and Deposit:
   Your reservation is free of charge. To secure your stay, the individually calculated amount is due. This amount will, of course, be fully credited to your final bill.
   We kindly ask you to make the payment within 7 days of receiving your reservation confirmation. After this period, the reservation will be automatically deleted from our booking system.

2. Validity of the Reservation: The payment guarantees the reservation of an apartment, double room, or parking space. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving later than expected. Please note that in case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full amount will be charged. We ask for your understanding that specific pitch or room numbers cannot be guaranteed.

3. By paying the deposit, you secure the option of an apartment or double room or a parking space, no later than 24 hours after the agreed arrival date. Later arrivals can only be considered after prior notification, whereby the agreed apartment/room or parking space may change. Please note that a specific apartment/room/pitch cannot be guaranteed.
4. Check In/Check Out:
   Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m
   Check-out until 12.00 p.m
   Late check-out possible after consultation for a surcharge (until 5 p.m.)
   The following night will be charged if you leave after 5 p.m
5. All packages can only be booked in advance and are valid once per stay! Packages cannot be combined with other promotions or packages!
   Weekly packages only apply to stays of at least 7 nights. In the event of early departure, the daily rates will be charged according to the price list.
6. In the event of early departure, the apartment/room and parking spaces will be charged up to the reserved departure date.
7. Withdrawal from the reservation: The following withdrawal/cancellation conditions apply to your reservation:
   a. 100% of the booking value can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
   b. 25% of the booking value is payable up to 20 days before arrival
   c. 10 days before arrival 50% of the booking value has to be paid
   i.e. 75% of the booking value must be paid up to 7 days before arrival
   e. Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the booking value must be paid.
8. The booking conditions according to the price list and the Austrian hotel contract conditions or the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply.
